ACRS conferences are held annually, bringing together more than 300 coral reef scientists, managers, policy makers and stakeholders from all around Australia.
The ACRS 2022 conference will be held in Brisbane on the 25-28 November 2022. This year we will be celebrating 100 years of ACRS and Australian coral reef science.
Hosted at the University of Queensland and Queensland Institute of Technology, the conference will include:
- Welcome function at Queensland Museum
- Two days of keynote speakers, presentations and discussions
- Poster session
- Additional day of student activities
- Launch of the Australian Coral Reef Society book ‘The coral reefs of Australia: Perspectives from beyond the waters edge’
- To further celebrate this milestone, Queensland Museum will be hosting a 100th year anniversary exhibition.
We are now accepting abstracts for the 2022 conference which will be held in Brisbane 25-28th Novemeber. Abstract submissions open Friday 8th July and close Friday 2nd September.
